In this workshop, children will learn how to create unique and creative artworks by using mixed media techniques and materials. They will start by making their own handmade paper using recycled materials, such as newspapers, magazines, or cardboard. They will then use various methods, such as stamping, air-brushing, painting, or cutting shapes, to create patterned backgrounds on their paper. After that, they will use different materials and effects, such as gold leaf, glitter, collage, fabric, or clay, to embellish and decorate their paper. They will also learn how to use different tools and techniques, such as scissors, glue, needles, or pins, to attach and arrange the materials and effects on their paper. By the end of the workshop, children will have made their own mixed media artworks that they can take home or display in school.
